Activations


GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Our Activation is series of four 1-2-1 sessions which focus on your goals, and your progress:

Your instructor will work with you to:

  • Discuss your health and wellbeing goals and exercise interests.
  • Talk through any medical conditions you have and any concerns.
  • Perform an optional health check using Tanita Body Composition Scales to identify your current physical wellbeing and to look at where you need or would like to be.
  • Set up your own free personal MyWellness account to help monito your progress.
  • Take you through some of the equipment to get you started.

Your instructor will work with you to:

  • Set some short term, achievable active goals, and design a gym programme.  
  • Practically run through your programme, ensuring you correctly use each piece of equipment. 
  • Look at incorporating diversity to your programme by suggesting relevant swimming and fitness classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. 
  • Offer advice on healthy eating and nutrition. 

Your instructor will:

  • Review your initial training period, your goals, and what you like/or may dislike about your programme.
  • Offer you 1-2-1 training in advanced training techniques, or postural assessment or a nutrition session.

Your instructor will:

  • Provide a 15-30 minute Active Review.  
  • Perform an optional health check using Tanita Body Composition Scales to view your progress.
  • Make amendments to your programme according to your goals. 
  • Practically run through the programme ensuring you correctly use each piece of equipment.
