We are looking for passionate Casual Contact Centre Advisors to join our bank of Casual Workers at the Yate Active Lifestyle Centre

As a Contact Centre Advisor your duties will include…

• Providing an efficient and effective telephone answering service
• Answering queries from customers via email and the telephone
• Taking payments using Circadian Trust’s electronic point of sale system

We want to hear from you if you..

• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Are friendly and enthusiastic about what you do!
• Have knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems.
