Casual Workers Wanted!

As a Contact Centre Advisor your duties will include…

• Providing an efficient and effective telephone answering service
• Answering queries from customers via email and the telephone
• Taking payments using Circadian Trust’s electronic point of sale system

As a Casual Worker you will not work a guaranteed amount of hours, you will cover sickness absences, holidays and will work during busy periods at the centre. Shifts may include; days, evenings and weekends.

We want to hear from you if you..

• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Are friendly and enthusiastic about what you do!
• Have knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems.
