Casual Customer Services Advisor – Bradley Stoke
We are looking for passionate Casual Customer Services Advisors to join our bank of Casual Workers at Bradley Stoke Active Lifestyle Centre!
As a Customer Services Advisor you will…
• Be responsible for making bookings and payment for activities at the centre.
• Handle general and sales enquiries from customers.
Who we are looking for..
• Someone who is friendly and dynamic, with strong communication skills – who thrives in a fast paced environment!
• Someone who has knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems.
Our team is made up of people who enjoy helping our customers, and share our own high service standards.
As a Casual Worker you will not work a guaranteed amount of hours, you will cover sickness absences, holidays and will work during busy periods at the centre. Shifts may include; days, evenings and weekends.
If you do not work for a period of 3 months then you will be removed from our bank of Casual Workers.
