MEMBERSHIP FREEZE FORM

All memberships, including direct debit payments will re-commence in April 2021, so you can start visiting your favourite Active Lifestyle Centre again.

(Please note, if your payment fell between the 1st and 15th January, and we were unable to stop your January collection due to the third lockdown, we will not collect any money for the first month when we re-open, so you will not be over-charged.)

We are aware that some customers use their membership purely to take part in Group Exercise Classes.  Classes are currently due to restart, week commencing Monday 17^th May.  Should you wish to freeze your membership for April please email your request using the form below.
