Active Centres supports Sport England’s We Are Undefeatable campaign

At Active Centres, we are proud to support Sport England’s ‘We Are Undefeatable’ campaign, which inspires and supports individuals with long term health conditions to build physical activity into their lives.

Did you know that even small levels of activity can make a significant difference to your overall health and wellbeing? From walking a little way each day to working out with other members of the community in a group exercise class, there are plenty of ways to get active and the focus is very much on finding out what works for you. We know that there is no one-size-fits-all solution but there are ways you can incorporate more movement into your life, and the team at Active Centres are here to support and help you every step of the way.

Healthy Lifestyle On Referral Scheme

Our Healthy Lifestyle On Referral Programme aids, helps and support people with medical or long term conditions become more active. The scheme is being delivered at selected Lifestyle Centres in partnership with selected GP surgeries.  There are many physical and mental benefits for those who take part in the referral scheme, including more energy, improved mood, quality of sleep, weight control and many more.
