  • To qualify for an Active Mental Health Care Kit, customers must join between Monday 15th April, and Sunday 2nd June on a Health & Fitness Membership.
  • One Active Mental Health Care Kit per new member.
  • Active Mental Health Care Kits are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
  • No other kit/alternative is available.
  • No cash alternative will be offered.
  • Any skin care products should be used as directed on the product instructions and packaging.
