Swimming Lessons
Dear Parent/Guardian,
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we have had to change our pool programmes in order to comply with new Swim England (UK Active, Public Health England and Sport England) Operating Guidelines. The new guidelines stipulate requirements for safe social distancing and enhanced hygiene regimes.
Ultimately this means reducing the number of places available in each class, as such unfortunately we are unable to offer you a place on our children’s swimming lessons when we initially reopen. We will however try our upmost to accommodate you as soon as we possibly can.
Learning that we are unable to accommodate all of our younger customers has been devastating. If a space does become available, your child will be given priority over any movement or new customers.
Should restrictions start to ease, we will be in contact and your child will be given priority over any new customers.
If you have already cancelled your swimming lessons we will remove you off our waiting lists.
We appreciate this is not the news you expected. Our first priority remains the safety of everyone and playing our part to protect the NHS from another wave of Covid-19 admissions.
