Active Swim Stars Survey Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is operated by Circadian Trust, which runs and manages Active Lifestyle Centres.
2. The prize is a £20 One4all multi-store gift card, subject to the winner meeting the eligibility criteria.
3. Circadian Trust reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace the prize draw (including the prize) at any time without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
5. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the prize draw. Entry is open to current or former members of Active Swimstars swimming lessons who have completed the survey.
6. Employees of Circadian Trust, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
7. Entry is made automatically upon submission of the completed survey.
8. The winner will be contacted by Circadian Trust and will be notified no later than 31st July 2026.
9. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
10. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days of the prize draw date, Circadian Trust reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant selected at random.
11. By entering the prize draw, all entrants agree to the terms of Circadian Trust’s Privacy Policy.
