THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Apply online through our website.
- Receive an email inviting you to interview.
- Choose your interview time slot.
- Attend your interview.
- If relevant to your role, attend a training course. We may ask you to sign a training agreement if we are funding or partially funding your course.
- Attend and complete the course to gain your qualification (100% attendance is required).
- Receive, sign and return your offer of employment letter.
- Onboarding is the process where we complete all pre-employment checks including, but not limited to DBS, pre-placement medical questionnaire, reference and proof of right to work. We will guide you through this!
- Once HR have received all necessary satisfactory checks you will receive your start date for your new role with your agreed Active Lifestyle Centre!
- Your Active Lifestyle Centre will be in contact to arrange your induction!
