Activities Timetable


We offer a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities on a weekly basis

Activities are the perfect opportunity to try a new sport, learn different skills, meet new people, keep active and most importantly have fun!

TLC 

Meet new friends whilst taking part in a variety of sports, including badminton, table-tennis, classes and swimming. For ages 60yrs+ only. 

TLC

This is a Japanese martial art which uses grappling, throws and non-resistance to weaken opponents.  All abilities welcome. 

KLC  TLC 

A social session with a bit of badminton thrown in!  A great way to meet new friends and stay fit. 

KLC  

A social session for adults aged 50yrs+ with a bit of badminton thrown in!  A great way to meet new friends and stay fit.  

BSLC   

A physical and mental discipline and martial art, where the object is to take down and immobilize the opponent.  This popular activity is open to all levels of ability and ages. 

BSLC   

A popular martial art based on using tactics and the opponents own energy to their own disadvantage.

This Chinese martial art uses striking, punching, kicking, and open-hand techniques.

YLC  

Exercise is medicine and this class will help you stay as healthy as possible.  It can improve mood, help your posture and some MS symptoms.  Everyone welcome. 

TLC YLC 

This session is based around maintenance exercises to help reduce pain and improve movement in people with osteoarthritis.  Whilst sufferers may worry about the effect of exercise on joints, research shows that exercise is considered the most effective non-drug treatment for osteoarthritis.

BSLC

Meet new friends whilst taking part in a variety of sports, including badminton, table-tennis, classes and swimming.  For 60yrs+ only.

Enjoy whizzing around the sports hall to the latest tunes – whatever your age. Skates are available on a first-come, first-served basis or please bring your own. For kids and adults of all ages. £6.20 per person.

Rookies Junior Lifeguards club covers water rescue and emergency response with competitions and challenges.

Run that excess energy off in one of our adventurous softplays.  Softplay is open everyday and also available for party hire. (If no parties are booked the area is open to the public all day).

Practice your squash skills in a fun, relaxed, and social environment.

This is a set training session with coaches on hand to help you improve your stroke technique and swimming fitness. (14yrs+ and able to swim 400m+ in the 3 main strokes).

Ideal for the swimmer looking to improve their swimming fitness and technique for competitive sports.

“Walk don’t run” football, is played on our 5-a-side courts with simple rules, in a fun and very social environment. 

KLC    

A slower version of the game, “Walking Netball” is growing in popularity.  As this game is played at walking pace, anyone can play regardless of age, or fitness level. 

BSLC  

Whether you’re a kid or a big kid, why not try your hand at climbing on our challenging 16 themed walls and giant staircase.  Ages 5 – 105yrs! (If no parties are booked the area is open to the public all day).
