Watch how to put on a child's swimming cap / hat from Zoggs

HOW TO PUT A CAP ON:

  1. Tie long hair back, start with your little one facing away from you, place hands in the cap and stretch out.

  2. Lower the forehead first, slide hands back and down their scalp while placing the cap on their head.

  3. A child over 3 can help by holding the front of the cap, slide your fingers underneath to tuck loose hair in and make it comfortable.

  4. To remove, peel back from the forehead and slide off their back head.

 

CAP CARE:

  1. Rinse cap in cold water and wipe dry after use.

  2. A light sprinkling of talcum powder will keep the cap in perfect condition.

  3. Avoid contact with sharp objects and do not leave in direct sunlight.
