Please watch this induction video prior to your first visit. You will find all the information you need to begin to use our Gyms safely and effectively. We show you how to use some of our equipment and how to correctly warm up. We can’t wait to meet you in person.
HOW TO GET YOUR GYM PROGRAMME
1. Open the Active Lifestyles App
Need to download the App? Click here. Don’t have a smartphone? If you have yet to do so, please complete our online Lifestyle Start Up Formand a member of our team will get in contact with you.
2. In the App scroll to the section ‘Tailored Programmes’
Select ‘Get a Programme’ > Answer the questions to be issued with your programme > Select the programme and ‘Get this training programme’. (Your programme will appear in ‘My Movement’ – grey icon/bottom of the screen.)
3. When visiting select ‘My Movement’ and ‘Start’.
Once you have completed your workout, your results will be stored in the App.
DON’T FORGET TO PRE-BOOK!
All sessions and classes (including gym sessions) must be booked in advance. Book your gym arrival time and arrive up to 15 minutes after this start time. You can stay and workout for as long as you like. To register for online bookings please click here.
