If you have a suggestion or would like to complain about our service or facilities, we welcome your feedback and provide a variety of means by which you can do this.
As part of our feedback procedure, we will:
- Treat feedback seriously and deal with your suggestion or complaint properly
- Resolve complaints promptly and informally whenever possible. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 7 working days where possible although in some cases this may take longer.
- We will learn from complaints and take action to improve our service
- Complaints are always treated with confidence
What to do if you have a complaint
Please approach a member of staff in the Centre you are visiting. Most complaints can be sorted out quickly and informally and we prefer to alleviate your concerns at the time. If this is not possible, please select from the centres list below and complete our feedback form.
